Fundamental Fitness specializes in, in-home personal training, couples or family personal training and outdoor boot camp style workouts. Our workout routines whether individual, small group or boot camp are designed to be fun yet challenging to support you in achieving optimal results.

 

All of our workouts encompass every aspect of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibilty, plyometrics and core training. We even offer individually-tailored nutritional guidance in conjunction with a registered dietician to support you in achieving any of your fitness goals! We are located in sussex, WI.

I offer one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to any fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or a fitness enthusiast. Training can be facilitated at your home, gym, or my private home fitness studio, with workouts customized to fit your unique goals. Each session is fun, challenging, and designed to deliver results you’ll be proud of, focusing on strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Working as a team, we will achieve and crush your fitness goals!
